What brought you to the site and how can we improve your experience here?

I was viewing details for an agency in SF. I tried to clear the agency (by using the "X" button to the right of the agency name) to look at the state of CA but the explorer continued to show the SF agency. I tried to refresh the page but continued to see the SF agency on the right. I also reselected CA from the dropdown menu but was not able to clear the agency out of the explorer.
