Hey,

Everything is set up as it should be, however I am unable to send any emails (including test email) as it times out..

Assuming you came here from the YouTube tutorial, Chris states that there are several bad auto-configurations when using DigitalOcean due to google blacklisting them for abuse. Basically, you need to delete your previous DigitalOcean droplet, and create a new one using a different region. Sometimes it takes multiple resets before it works!
