OPen Cypress shortcut not working

Describe the bug
When clicking Open Cypress the system shows 'Maximum call stack size exceeded' error even when running basic 2 line tests (opening a website and asserting the page title)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open file with tests
2. Click Open Cypress shortcut
3. See error

Expected behavior
The Cypress runner should open
