testboxfilter: failing code in Visual Studio #373

This (from testboxfilter.cpp) fails on VS:

morph::vvec<uint8_t> input_u8 (data_sz, 0);
input_u8.randomize();

There's a static assert in the randomize() call. May want to have a compile time test on the vvec::randomize call.
