USAGE:
alapy [OPTION] [FILE] [OPTION]...

OPTIONS:
  -c [ --compress ] arg   compress your .fastq or .fastq.gz FILE to .ac file
                          (lossless compression by default)
  -d [ --decompress ] arg decompress your .ac FILE to .fastq.gz file
  -h [ --help ]           print help and exit
