Why does my completion status in the Learning Portal show as incomplete?

There are three main reasons why your completion status may display as incomplete: 

1. It may take 24 to 48 hours for your attendance to be officially marked in the system.
2. Did you attend all days or sessions of your program? You must meet all attendance requirements to be eligible for completion. See attendance policies for face-to-face certificate programs, online certificate programs, and Essentials Series online workshops, which are posted on td.org and in the Learning Portal.
3. Did you complete your evaluation in the Learning Portal? You must complete your online evaluation before your completion status is updated.

If you have met all of these conditions and still aren't seeing your status marked as complete, please contact ATD Customer Care.
