Lab 4 - Configuring Project Permissions

1. Sign into the Azure AD portal aad.portal.azure.com
2. Create another new Azure AD user in your directory
3. Head back to dev.azure.com > Organziation Settings > Users > and associate the account with the Project Administrators group
4. Create a new Azure DevOps project in your organization
5. Verify that your new user has been granted Project Administrators permisssions to the project
