Bussniess Requirement

As a user of the shipping application :

1- I should be able to see the shipping form, which contains fields ['parcelSKU', 'description', 'streetAdress', 'country', 'state', 'city', 'deliveryDate'].

2- I should be able to see the Table of Shipping information.

3- parcelSKU should be unique for every record.

Validation rules:

1- parcelSKU should be unique for every record.

2- deliveryDate should be an upcoming date.
