Request: offer option to "focus" on some rectangle area of the video #16

Just like when you zoom and pan on gallery apps, offer to choose the rectangle to focus on the video, and show the content from there.
Of course, if the aspect ratio doesn't match the one of the screen, adjust accordingly.
