external usb programmable keyboard TO midi note

Hello, I'm really a beginner in coding,
Before starting a code I would like to know if my project is possible with freepie.
The purpose of the code is to have a programmable external keyboard that returns midi notes on when you press keys and midi off when a key is released
The external keyboard is programmed not to be confused with the internal keyboard with keys of type: CRTL / ALT / A.
If you have any code and tips to help me do that?
