Some variables that are needed in the algorithm should be in main and passed as parameters to functions. Some are:

NumofClusters (set in main not in function)
bus_im on PreparePhotoData [getSamplePhotoRest vs getPhotoRest (if working on sample or on whole dataset)]
sample size of getSamplePhotoRest
csv_file of getRestPhoto (maybe train maybe test)
