Unable to return hit

Issue summary

Unable to return hit that is in the queue. I have to go back to mturk page and return.

Expected behavior

When clicking on return, hit should return, not give error message, that it can't be returned and to refresh page because it could be already gone. Which it wasn't.

Actual behavior

When clicking return button on the hit that I want to be returned, I get an error "HIT NAME" It's likely no longer in your queue. Refresh your queue for the most up to date information. I then click refresh and its still there both on mturk page and Mturk Engine.
