rubidium-0.5.1a , oculus-mc1.18.2-1.2.2a , forge 40.0.36
There's an issue where when with oculus and rubidium installed, the animated parts of rotating machinery from immersive engineering becomes invisible (excavator, windmill, watermill, crusher, etc.). the squeezer which moves linearly is unaffected. The bug does not appear when only using rubidium

with both oculus and rubidium:
