Coal finally has more uses

Adds in several processes to break and improve coal to make it more valuable and useful in your factory.

Many new recipes, buildings, and ingredients. Power generators have differing effecienies and pollution depending on their tier and fuel type used. Huge storage ponds to store dirty water, but beware these things are prone to leaks causing massive ground pollution.
