There are no instructions for setting up the Visual Studio project on a new machine. Important things to cover would be:

Compatibility information (e.g. which versions of VS to use)
Required software / dependencies (e.g. WIX Toolset)
Special instructions after cloning the repo, if any
Where to start ( Solutions / ESME Workbench / ESME Workbench.sln ?)
Special build instructions, if any
