Design QA: Header font and icon sizes

Heading font size should be 20px (currently 16px)

I'm having some trouble with how the proportions of everything are rendering 🤔, even though the dimensions are the same as in Figma, it doesn't always look right. Let's increase the icon sizes at the top (back, skip, and close) to 32px (they seem to be 24px right now). Also, their color should be #1E1E1E, and not the theme color.
