CFT-Final: Match the item click behavior with /sites

Now when a domain from /domains/manage is clicked, it gets opened in the flyout pane.

But in /sites, the flyout only opens when users click on the site title. When users click on the row, the selection checkbox gets checked.

We want to implement the same behavior in /domains/manage list.
