What

Add an option within the block editor, or settings to toggle off or disable the block editor keyboard shortcuts.

Why

Some customers accidentally trigger keyboard shortcuts unintentionally (i.e. deleting entire blocks). Providing an option to disable keyboard shortcuts will prevent this from happening

How

This could potentially be an option added within the block editor under "Keyboard Shortcuts" in the three-dotted menu.

Customer request: 9393205-zd-a8c

This customer tends to have the shift key held with their pinky, and when they go to fix a typo, it deletes the block instead of just one letter
