ISSUE TITLE:
'PolicyName: A policy to deploy a component across all linux based VMs'

ISSUE DESCRIPTION (this template):
Could someone please help me with writing an azure policy that installs a component via curl command and then when downloads 
is complete, authenticate the component with another command, and consume creds from azure key vault for the auth. This 
should be applied on both existing linux based vms and new ones that will be created in future.
