iPhone 16 PM IOS 18 (22A3354) Hide Bars on Scroll UI Glitch

Just updated to IOS 18 (22A3354) and when I have "Hide Bars on Scroll" enabled I can see the bottom of the camera cut-out and the bottom taskbar disappears and doesn't return when scrolling up or down plus the "Pixel Pals" option has disappeared from my settings. I think Apollo is defaulting to a non camera cut-out UI which would explain why "Pixel Pals" is missing. I've tried installing different builds but they all have the same problem which didn't start happening until I updated today.
