I would like to request a feature to activate tiling only on certain virtual desktops.

I would like to request a feature to activate tiling only on certain virtual desktops of the pager, and to turn the feature off (so have floating windows) on the other virtual desktops. This way the user can have the best of both worlds - tiling and floating windows depending on the virtual desktop. I feel this would be a useful feature as tiling windows are preferable for some things, and floating for others. Many thanks!
