It is not on the roadmap.

We recently implement send-support for BIP-352 - Silent Payments. It serves a similar purpose but does not need notification transactions. Check out our blog post on the topic.

I don't think it's likely we will implement BIP-351 as well, unless there is significant demand.

Sending is great, but being able to also receive Silent Payments is greater ;-)
