right click navigation shortcuts don't work at all, when using tablet or mouse

Retopoflow version: latest (v3.4.3)
OS: Windows 10
Mics: NVIDIA GTX 1070, XP-Pen Graphics Tablet, Vertical Mouse

My custom right click navigation shortcuts don't work at all when entering retopoflow mode, when using tablet or/and mouse, but only the mouse scroll wheel works for zoom. i have right+drag for rotating the viewport, ctrl+right+drag for zoom, shift+right+drag for panning.

here is all my keymap configuration file, in case this serves for context. renamed file format to .txt due to github didn't allow to upload as .py

let me know where in the code i can temporarily remove these "shortcut overrides" that don't allow me to use right click navigation...Thanks!
