Not an issue, just a question: is the project still alive ? Or did everybody move to ABLUnit (or anything else) ?

Hi Gilles,

Still alive an using OEUnit here.
Not yet moved to ABLUnit because OEUnit still works fine.

Hi Gilles,

We are still actively using OEUnit but also mixed with ABLUnit for some projects.

Personally, I find OEUnit easier to understand and work with.

Ideally, there are some features that are in the master branch that could be released in a formal release, and also I have a few tweaks sat in my local copy that make working with OEUnit possible in projects that have the ABLUnit facet installed too.

There are some other enhancements I’ve thought of which should make it easier to do comparisons with certain data structures (such as buffer handles)

Of course, any contributions from others would be welcomed :-)

Thanks,
Mark

Then an additional question: do you trigger unit tests using PCT and its OEUnit task ? Is there any point in keeping this task or should I drop it ?

Hi Gilles,

Yes we do.
I think we have currently approx 8 project configured on Jenkins to run OEUnit from PCT.
So if you can keep this it would be nice.

But it might be in the future (later on this year) we migrate to ABLUnit, but it always takes time.

Kind regards,
Joren
