I set primary taskbar offset to zero and it didn't work

Open the configurator -> Position settings -> Disable "Compensate Tray Clock etc..."

The only way I can reproduce this for myself is by setting an offset of 500 but I don't think thats the issue you're having. I thought maybe it was the task view and search button in the taskbar but that didn't even do it for me. Try opening the configurator and clicking stop taskbarx and see where that places your icons. @whoibrar
