Several control laws provide an efficiency calculation so that if the efficiency isn't good enough we can stop thrusting and wait for a better time to continue the maneuver. This is important.

A good source is the spiral presentation since it also presents the Q-Law as per #10 .

I won't need this for my thesis because I'm trying to get to Mars ASAP, so it's not like I'll stop thrusting if it isn't efficient. It could be a good add-on for later.

This is only done for the continuous thrust when changing the argument of perigee.
