The file UI (#94) is now available with 2.0.alpha3, but we haven't found a good location in the navigation menu to access it.

The url is civicrm/admin/setting/streetimport/files, but we'd be happy to get some thoughts of where this should be placed in the CiviCRM's navigation menu.
