[quality] description for kaizen bot commands can be better

We can improve this and clearly define each command's role and remove "reply with".
Also explain how feedback/ askpr/etc are used.
We can add a guide to these commands with examples in the docs / cloud app / in the kaizen bot setup instructions you see when you click on the setup kaizen bot, along with link to the videos we already have
