OK, so I had encountered this issue a while back when libflex 4 came out, and thought it was the culprit. But today I noticed that the issue happens when installing latest version of FLEXall. Wifi icon disappears. Wifi is connected to network in settings, but there is no internet. Can't browse, can't use apps that require internet. Removing FLEXall restore internet connection.
I tested this with FLEXing too and the same happened.

The only change that happened between v18 and v19 is Fix for Lockscreen, which should have no effect on WiFi.
The fact that it happens with FLEXing suggests that its an issue with libFLEX itself. But I am still not understanding how installing v18 would fix that.
My guess is that there is some corruption in memory that is only happening sometimes, and you happened to not catch it while v18 is installed maybe. But memory corruptions are very hard to narrow down.
In either case I think this is a libFLEX issue, not an issue of the FLEX loaders such as this tweak or FLEXing. I would try compiling a bare bones FLEX loader that just loads the libFLEX and then maybe try with different libFLEX versions.
