Unofficial Sidi cores ported from MiST FPGA by DrWh0

Features:

• Updated DeMiSTfied sources from MiST FPGA repositories
• Latest module specific cores (T80, T64, mist-modules...)
• Alternate sources if better for compatibility (Amstrad by example uses alternate core as basis)
• Some adjustments for SiDi FPGA
• Cores not available officially for SiDi (most of cases)
