We got a message from a user that in the settings panel after selecting 'Makerbot Replicator 2' only the start+endgcode change. There seem to be no other defaults set yet.

Can we use the following defaults?
filament thickness: 1.75mm
bed dimensions: x=200 y=150 z=150 (not exactly right but a good start)
