Close this repo

[tobyosbourn-examtime]

We created this repo so that we could keep the gem but with the latest asset versions.

Now the main repo (https://github.com/tors/jquery-fileupload-rails) has caught up and surpassed this one, consequently I have changed our gemfile to point to the main repo again and we have no direct need for this repo.

I don't want to close it myself until I am happy that this change hasn't killed any other functionality, but I don't want to forget to.
