For just the development site, Include github mark in top right corner of each tab that links out to the issues for that tab using the label filtering. When hovering over the icon, the background should toggle colors and a tooltip should appear saying something like "View GitHub issues related to this feature"

octocat is in the bottom right corner of each page. To make it more useful in the dev version- use the URL to determine which tool is displayed and filter the "help wanted" labels by tool as well
