Message status, daily chart, & All Activity chart - stats should be the same?

The stats throughout the site does not update the same. Are the datas being pulled from the same endpoints? Is one UI being updated via ajax and the other is on page reload? Do we want these to all be the same and is that what the user is expecting? More digging.

After talking to Carlo, some data are accounting for timezone/local time and others are not. For example, the dashboard chart is probably getting UTC time but not displaying in local time.
