Provide a generalized link for using prose.io to edit Jekyll content.
This grabs the page path from Jekyll and other variables from _config.yml
to build the edit URL.

Note that this is all on one line so to avoid extra <br /> in rendering.
There's probably an elegant way to do this, but it's late and I'm lazy.
