Problem of this statement is like I'm trying to get install kali in non rooted phone as we all know there's clearly mentioned to use alternate of sudo in non rooted phone but eventually it won't letting me install by throwing this error.

If you install kali downloaded file you will get folder kali-arm64.Inside this check etc/sudoers.d/kali exists. In your case I think the file is missing. Check for the above mentioned file exist using cd command.
cd kali-arm64/etc/sudoers.d/ and type ls to see kali.

If the file exists we have to look into more details. If you have downloaded file in home directory cd. Just remove install file by ( rm -rf kali-arm64) .Then reinstall by ./install-nethunter-termux.

rm -rf kali-arm64 works for me as i can see file was missing.

1: check your storage because minimum 13 GB need for installation.
2: clear data of your termux .

Bro use the staps same but when the installation of 2 gb files starts wait to complete that , after 2 gb file completed then don't press any key words. Because now it's automatically unzipping the 2gb file and the unzipping process take 1 hours according your device if you have a low device then it can takes 1:30 to 2:00 hours so check the battery and get it on the charging. After unzipping it's automatically done ✅
