This repo is private, when will be public?

This github repo is private and not world readable.
We have a limited number of private repos, and we have to pay for them.
What is the timeline for making this repo public and world readable?
If this repo will not be made public and world readable, it should be migrated to the internal GHE instance at https://github-sc-p.corp.hp.com

I don't know if you remember, but you already contacted our team.
We did the migration to GHE, but as this repo will be public available at end of March/Start of April you said it won't be necessary to remove it from here.
