Time format is not consistent in all browsers

Describe the bug
The time format should adapt to the browser's setting, but it does not do this for all browsers.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to metric like OWASP dependency-check
2. Open Entities tab in different browsers

Expected behaviour
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
