Dosing
In connection with the Medication list project in Norway, there have been some attemps on using FHIR to represent dosage in the prescription and medication list. There are a lot of extentions in these profiles, and it also includes a propriatary system for dosage used in Norway (kortdose):

I'm not sure how detailed the European formats should be when it comes to dosage. Nevertheless, I think this illustrates that we need guidence on how to express simple and more complex dosages in fhir (and guidance on which elements should be captured by using other resources/profiles). Our overall goal is to have an easier transfer of dosage information between GPs, pharmacies, hospitals, multidose pharmacies, secondary use of data etc
