CDBTools can be obtained directly from here: http://compbio.dfci.harvard.edu/tgi/software/ If you have difficulty compiling it, you might need to add: -L/usr/local/lib -lezlib to the Makefile. It should compile without trouble on mac osx, suse and centos linux. Fedora needed the above fix.
