Looks like iDeform menu and paintable attributes are not registered correctly on plugin load. This only works if userSetup.py is placed inside Maya user scripts.

Is it possible to tweak the plugin so all the methods mentioned above are actually triggered when plugin is loaded from the Plugin Manager?
