At present, the running status is only used for checking abnormal exit.

It will also happen when opening multiple tabs/windows of Skeeetch.
Closing tab on mobile browser is also an abnormal exit (will not prompt onexit or execute save in localstorage)

Add a new popup on startup to show whether the user would like to force start a page, or do not start (due to multiple opens).

Use cross-page communication. Solved.
