I tried the latest release of softGPU trying to seriously play a lot of games, but it randomly lags like hell - even though the virtual machine is stored on a extremely fast NVMe with DRAM-Cache and the host system is pretty fast too.
May Payne is the worst, some scenes works just fine and some are random stuttering all of the place, making it unplayable.
The same goes for unreal 2, avp 2 and no one lives forever 1 + 2. As a matter of fact, all lithtech based games run very poorly.
Weirdly enough, benchmarks like 3D Mark 99 up to 2003 works just fine and have excellent performance.
Any idea how to get rid of the lagging? Or is there an improved version coming soon?

Windows 11 Pro
VMWare Workstation 17.5.2 build-23775571
