Radios not muting while on phone calls

What happened?

While talking on the phone and muting your radio, your radio doesn't mute. It shows as muted however you can still hear people over the radio.

Expected result

Radio would mute and not be able to hear others

Reproduction steps

1. Call someone
2. Mute radio
3. Be able to hear everyone while radio says it's muted
