What happened?

I was downed and saw that I was still able to press E to hand out an epsilon flyer so of course I tried it and it worked

Expected result

Not to be able to interact with locals once you are downed

Reproduction steps

  1. die
  2. press e when prompted when a local walks over your body
  3. see it still makes the handoff

Importancy

Slight inconvenience
