Start game via GodotEditor to support both debugger and "Remote node tree" #59

When the game is started from GodotEditor it shows a live tree of nodes in the Editor.

But when we start it from Rider it is not shown.

Not ideal though, because this way, there would be no GD.print output in Rider.

This debugger extension #66 partially resolves this issue, because scene tree can be evaluated in the debug view more easily.
