Proton (Steam) builds

Suggestion
Please have builds of Proton designed to be used in Steam. The Proton builds that are offer are designed to be used outside of Steam like any other wine build.

I would like to suggest offering another Proton build called "Proton (Steam)" which is designed to be installed in the compatibilitytools.d folder in your Steam directory.

The reason for this?
The official proton builds by Valve are not available to download except for the source code and within the Steam client from an unknown source (Most like Steam servers). If the Steam client stops offering older versions of Proton, some games may not work with newer versions of Proton. Therefore having the ability to download a Proton build for Steam and being able to back it up, would help ensure gamers will always have their games working even if Steam removed older versions of Proton to be available to download inside the Steam client.
