I've ran into the issue a few times with BLU where the Upload-Assistant marks an SD upload as other and doesn't put the resolution in the title. I just uploaded a season of a show WEB-DL 960 × 540. They want that tagged and titled as 576p. There's also an "SD content" check box that wasn't applied.
This is what one of the admins wrote me: "as stated on BLU it is always 576p instead of 540p. for the same reason we consider 1920x960 as 1080p. it's a matter of what it is intended to be displayed on."
