ONT has transitioned to a new basecaller that can now, by default, call poly A tails.

Is it possible for ninetails to work with these new formats? I know the current workaround for tailfindr is to use the fast5_rekindler tool, so if it's a huge workload I suppose it isn't worth the effort?

Current model is incompatible with the new pore/chemistry. Please stay tuned, first the paper will come, then the updates will follow.
