We had a 1MM line changeset (in the form of a branch being created). Commits that occurred after that changeset appeared to 'freeze'. On the client, the commit would go through but svn would totally hang, requiring a kill -9. On the server, ruby processes would spike to 100% CPU usage and typically require restarting apache and killing those processes.
After removing the plugin, the issue went away entirely. Not sure how often folks have changesets that are that large, but given that our tags/branches are always that size, we can't use the plugin unless that gets resolved.
Creating the ticket so anyone else running into this issue will hopefully find it.
